Shaft Mount Speed Reducer SMR 4 15/1

The SMR 4 15/1 shaft mount speed reducer steps up from box size 3 for conveyors that have outgrown a 2-3/16 inch bore or need more capacity while staying at 15:1. It is the usual replacement path for TXT 415 drives in aggregate, recycling, agriculture, and general manufacturing.

Mount it on the driven shaft, set the torque arm, and install the bushing. No separate base alignment. The unit uses an FCD45 cast iron housing, AGMA-ground case-hardened gears, extended tooth contact, and metal-reinforced double-lip seals.

Maximum bore is 2-7/16 inches. Select a box size 4 tapered bushing kit for the actual shaft size. BG4 belt guard fits this reducer.
