Shaft Mount Speed Reducer SMR 10 25/1

Use the SMR 10 25/1 shaft mount speed reducer when a large conveyor has to run slow and the shaft is in the 5-7/16 inch class. The 25:1 ratio is the high-reduction match to the size 10 frame, for heavy startup, inclines, and low belt speed. It replaces TXT 1025-style reducers.

Installation is a direct shaft mount with the included torque arm. Internal construction follows the SMR pattern: AGMA-ground case-hardened gears, extended tooth contact, FCD45 cast iron housing, metal-reinforced double-lip seals, and tapered roller bearings.

Maximum bore is 5-7/16 inches. The box size 10 bushing kit is sold separately and must match the driven shaft.
