Shaft Mount Speed Reducer SMR 12 15/1

The SMR 12 15/1 shaft mount speed reducer is the largest standard box in the Original shaft mount line. Use it on major conveyor head shafts up to 6-1/2 inches when the drive needs size 12 capacity and a 15:1 reduction rather than 25:1. It is dimensionally compatible with TXT 1215 and accepts TXT-compatible accessories.

The reducer mounts directly on the driven shaft. The included torque arm anchors the housing. Gears are case hardened and precision ground to AGMA standards, with extended gear centers. An FCD45 cast iron housing, metal-reinforced double-lip seals, and tapered roller bearings support continuous heavy industrial service.

Pair it with a box size 12 tapered bushing kit, sold separately, bored for the shaft on the job.
