Shaft Mount Speed Reducer SMR 12 25/1

Specify the SMR 12 25/1 shaft mount speed reducer for the heaviest shaft-mount work in this line: large head shafts, up to 6-1/2 inches, that also need the deeper 25:1 reduction. It is the replacement path for TXT 1225 drives on major conveyors, feeders, and bulk process lines where belt speed stays low and torque demand is high.

Clamp the housing to the driven shaft with a tapered bushing and set the included torque arm. Case-hardened, AGMA-ground gears, extended tooth contact, an FCD45 cast iron case, double-lip seals, and tapered roller bearings are standard.

The box size 12 bushing kit is sold separately. Do not assume a stock bore. Match it to the shaft.
