Shaft Mount Speed Reducer SMR 6 15/1

The SMR 6 15/1 shaft mount speed reducer is the step into heavier conveyor duty. Use it on larger head shafts, up to 3-7/16 inches, where a size 5 bore or rating is no longer enough and belt speed still calls for 15:1 rather than 25:1. It is a TXT 615-style drop-in and works with TXT-compatible accessories.

The reducer mounts directly on the driven shaft with the included torque arm. High-grade steel gears are case hardened and precision ground to AGMA standards. Extended gear centers, an FCD45 cast iron housing, metal-reinforced double-lip seals, and tapered roller bearings support continuous industrial service.

Order the box size 6 tapered bushing kit for the shaft you are clamping. BG6 belt guard fits this box.
