Shaft Mount Speed Reducer SMR 10 15/1

The SMR 10 15/1 shaft mount speed reducer is a high-capacity frame for major conveyor drives. It fits driven shafts up to 5-7/16 inches and keeps a 15:1 ratio when belt speed still matters. It is the drop-in path for TXT 1015 units and works with TXT-compatible bushings and accessories.

Mount it on the head shaft, set the included torque arm, and install the bushing. No separate reducer base alignment. Gears are high-grade steel, case hardened and precision ground to AGMA standards, with extended centers for load sharing. The FCD45 cast iron housing, double-lip seals, and tapered roller bearings are built for mining, aggregate, cement, and recycling service.

Order the box size 10 tapered bushing kit separately, sized to the shaft.
