Shaft Mount Speed Reducer SMR 2 25/1

Choose the SMR 2 25/1 shaft mount speed reducer when a small conveyor, auger, or feeder needs more reduction than a 15:1 size 2 can give. The deeper ratio lowers shaft speed and multiplies torque without stepping up to a larger frame.

Installation is a direct shaft mount. Set the included torque arm and clamp the housing with a tapered bushing. Gears are case hardened and precision ground to AGMA standards inside an FCD45 cast iron housing. Double-lip seals keep oil in and fines out.

Maximum bore is 1-15/16 inches. The box size 2 tapered bushing kit is sold separately and must match the driven shaft.
