Shaft Mount Speed Reducer SMR 7 25/1

Use the SMR 7 25/1 shaft mount speed reducer when the head shaft is large and the belt has to run slow. This is the deepest ratio Belt Tech stocks in the size 7 frame, with a maximum bore of 3-15/16 inches. It is the drop-in path for TXT 725 drives on heavy conveyors, feeders, and bulk process lines.

The housing clamps to the driven shaft with a tapered bushing and is held by the included torque arm. Case-hardened, AGMA-ground gears, extended tooth contact, an FCD45 cast iron case, metal-reinforced double-lip seals, and tapered roller bearings are standard.

Select the box size 7 bushing kit for the actual shaft diameter. BG7 guards the belt drive.
